Titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN), or aluminum titanium nitride (AlTiN), what's
really in a name? Actually, quite a bit. TiAlN has traditionally been a mono-layer,
constant Ti/Al ratio, while AlTiN typically has varying amounts of aluminum in
